These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the lak22 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using lak22 you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and lak22 ("lak22", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lak22 website located at https://lak22.cam and all related services, including sports betting, live-casino games, instant-win products and any other gambling or gaming products offered through the Platform.
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any other policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
lak22 is an English-language platform. All communications, terms, promotions and support interactions are conducted in English. These Terms are therefore published in English and govern the relationship between the Platform and its users regardless of the user's location.
Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable legislation in Pakistan. lak22 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:
Access to the lak22 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Platform reserves the right to request age- verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register or use the Platform. The Platform does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where doing so would violate applicable law, and we reserve the right to restrict or close accounts based on jurisdictional eligibility at any time.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein, including Bonus Funds.
Accounts must be registered and used for personal, recreational purposes only. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, using automated software or exploiting the Platform for commercial advantage are all strictly prohibited.
To use lak22 you must be: (a) aged 18 or older (or the higher jurisdictional minimum); (b) accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited; (c) acting on your own behalf; and (d) not a current holder of a self-exclusion on the Platform.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You should notify the Platform immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials appropriately.
The Platform operates KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Before processing a withdrawal, and at other points at our discretion, we may require you to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment-method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in temporary account restriction and delayed withdrawal processing.
Accounts on lak22 are operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Where alternative currency options are available, the account currency selected at registration is fixed for the lifetime of the account and cannot subsequently be changed.
Subject to these Terms, lak22 grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment and recreational gambling purposes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lak22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. The Platform will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
The Platform references several payment channels familiar to Pakistani users, which may include mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant bank transfer, and conventional bank transfer via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These payment-provider names are cited for contextual reference only. They do not indicate that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with the Platform or any gambling activity. Availability of specific channels, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and applicable fees are confirmed within the Cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in PKR at the point of transaction and may vary by payment channel. Illustrative minimums may be in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 depending on the selected method, but current limits are confirmed in the Cashier panel and take precedence over any figures stated in marketing materials.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. The Platform reserves the right to apply a standard processing window before releasing withdrawal funds. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in the account's designated currency (PKR for standard Pakistani accounts). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
Payment-channel availability, processing times, limits and fees may change without prior notice and are subject to the policies of individual payment-service providers. lak22 is not responsible for delays or failures attributable to third-party payment infrastructure.
Promotional offers, including but not limited to deposit-match bonuses, free bets, reload offers and cashback schemes, are subject to individual promotion-specific terms that supplement these general Terms. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiple (e.g., 8×, 10× or 12× the bonus amount) and eligible game or market types are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on restricted markets or game categories do not contribute to wagering progress.
Bonus Funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not satisfied within the stated validity period are automatically forfeited. Expiry periods are specified in individual promotion terms and typically range from 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of activation.
The Platform reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it determines that bonus terms have been exploited, abused or circumvented. This includes, without limitation, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk ("arbing"), creating duplicate accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, or using third-party funds to meet minimum deposit thresholds.
Any PKR amounts cited in marketing materials (e.g., "100% up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples of potential promotional structures. They are not guaranteed offers. Current active promotions, their precise amounts, eligibility criteria and full terms are published on the Platform at the time of registration or login.
Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform and a bet-ID is issued, it is final and cannot be amended, transferred or cancelled by the User except where the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature prior to event settlement.
The Platform reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds. Where a pricing error is identified after settlement, bets may be retrospectively voided and stakes returned. Any winnings attributable solely to a pricing error are not payable.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or event (e.g., the International Cricket Council for ICC-sanctioned matches, the Pakistan Super League for PSL fixtures). The Platform's settlement decisions are final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed or suspended before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the Platform's specific rules for the relevant sport, which are published in the Help or Rules section of the Platform.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or by live-dealer procedures. The Platform does not guarantee any specific return-to-player (RTP) outcome for any individual session. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and are not indicative of expected returns in any single gaming session.

All content on the lak22 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software and their arrangement, is the exclusive property of lak22 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited personal licence to access and use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, republish, upload, transmit or distribute any Platform content without express written permission from lak22.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lak22 excludes all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Platform and its content. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
lak22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited on the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee winnings and does not accept liability for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the service.
lak22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or confiscate any balances therein, where it determines on reasonable grounds that the User has:
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Before closing an Account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Any real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending bets and satisfaction of outstanding obligations will be returned to you via a verified payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation that the Platform is compliant with the laws of any jurisdiction in which access is obtained by a User, including Pakistan.
Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 may apply to online gambling activity. lak22 does not provide legal advice and this clause does not constitute a representation about the legal status of online gambling in any jurisdiction.
lak22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-platform notification or registered email address at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where a change is required by law or regulatory instruction, in which case it may take immediate effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
